Lois Holt, age 68, died July 14, 1990 (on her birthday) in her apartment at the home of a brother and sister-in-law, Kent and Carol Holt.
She was born July 14, 1922 in Riverton, Utah to Tracy Golden and Servella Dimond Holt. They preceded her in death. A devoted member of the LDS Church, she was always in attendance when possible.Lois has courageously endured her health problems, operations, pain and suffering for the past 60 years, never complaining but instead being an example of patience and concern, always ready to give help and love to all of us. She was a loving sister, aunt, friend and cousin. We loved her dearly and will miss her.
Survived by step-mother, Fern B. Holt, So. Jordan; sisters, Rela Holt Mayes, Salt Lake City; Jean Holt VanDyke, South Jordan; Jessie Holt Warner, South Jordan; brothers, G. Ray Holt, Sandy; Jerry B. Holt, Murray; T. Kent Holt, South Jordan. Preceded in death by sister, Thelma Holt Dalrymple.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 17, 1990, at 11:00 A.M. in the South Jordan 15th LDS Ward Chapel, 9800 Dunsinane Drive (9800 So. 3800 West), South Jordan. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary 8090 So. State Monday 6-8 P.M. and Tuesday at the church one hour prior to services. Interment, South Jordan City Cemetery.
