For the 12 months ending June 30, net income before taxes declined to $703,179 from $1 million a year ago."We knew that fiscal 1990 would be a year of adjustment. We are clearly disappointed in the decline in revenues and profits. However, our increased commitment to research and development made possible an unprecedented expansion of new products with the introduction of four major new medical devices within the final six months of the year," said Cullimore.
