John Rex Winder, 85, died August 3, 1990.
Born August 28, 1904, son of Edwin Joseph and Ada Calder Winder in Vernal, Utah. Member LDS Church. Enjoyed farming, sheep raising, and dairy cows. In 1940 he married Zelda Bingham; she died December, 1940. Married Anna Pearl Dudley; she died June 4, 1973.Survived by daughter, Mrs Gerald (Ada Beth) Neal, Corvallis, Oregon; sons, Edwin, Vernal; and George, Blackfoot, Idaho; 15 grandchildren; brothers, E. Joseph Winder; W. Wallace Winder; both Vernal; sisters, Ada W. Busch, Vernal; and Ruth W. Rogers, Provo.
Services will be Tuesday, 11 a.m., in the Vernal 4th Ward Chapel. Friends may call Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday morning, 9:30-10:30 at the Jolley Funeral Home. Burial, Vernal Memorial Park.
