Mary Purol, 83, died Tuesday, August 7, 1990, at a Salt Lake care center.
Born March 10, 1907 in Poland, to Joseph and Catherine Myjak. Married Anthony R. Purol, November 27, 1928, in Detroit, Michigan. Moved to Salt Lake from Youngstown, Ohio in 1970. Resided in Murray until she moved to Highland Cove in 1989. Member St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church. Member Golden Club, AARP, and the Murray Heritage Senior Citizen Center.Survived by daughters-in-law, Grace Purol, Holladay; Frances Purol, Louisville, Kentucky; sister, Lillian Misukiewiez, Detroit, Michigan; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband (1986), two sons, Eugene (1979) Richard A. Sr. (1989).
Mass Of The Resurrection will be celebrated Saturday, August 11, 9 a.m., St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, 1385 South Spring Lane. Friends may call Friday, 6-7:30 p.m., Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, where Vigil Prayers will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
