2 GAIN NOMINATIONS FOR BANK BOARD SEATS

First Federal Savings Bank has expanded its board of directors to nine members, and Donne F. Fisher and Jon A. Salquist have been nominated for election to the new seats at the upcoming stockholders meeting.

Fisher, who owns approximately 10 percent of First Federal's stock, is senior vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer of Telecommunications Inc., Denver.Salquist is president and chief executive officer of Vista Development Inc. a real estate development company in Portland, Ore.
