Glen Eugene Lloyd, 68 of Salt Lake City, died at his home on August 30, 1990.

He was born September 18, 1921 in Salt Lake City, a son of William Charles and Stella Beebe Lloyd. He married C. Marie Sanders on August 31, 1931. They later divorced. He married Hazel V. Dennis on May 26, 1954 in Elko, Nevada. He spent his entire life in Salt Lake City. He was a veteran of World War II and served in the Army in the South Pacific. He worked as a carpenter, kitchen installer and general contractor.Survivors include his wife, Hazel, Salt Lake City; a son Glenn E. Lloyd, Salt Lake City; a step-son Richard E. Dennis, Sunnyvale, Calif.; two grandsons, Ian Lloyd, serving as a missionary in South Dakota; Michael Lloyd, Salt Lake City; a sister, Maxine Richards, Magna; and a brother, Ralph E. Lloyd, Salt Lake City.

Funeral sservices will be held Wednesday, September 5, 1990 at 11:00 a.m. at MacKay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 Highland Drive, where friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Holladay Memorial Park.
