Services were pending Sunday for Maryanne Jenkins, the wife of Ferguson Jenkins, one of the newest members of baseball's Hall of Fame.

Mrs. Jenkins, of Guthrie, Okla., died Saturday at Oklahoma Memorial Hospital from injuries she suffered in an automobile accident last month, said the Rev. Ed Fleming, a hospital chaplain.Jenkins, who was elected to the Hall of Fame last Tuesday, had spent most of his time at his wife's bedside since the crash, leaving only long enough to journey to New York City last week when he was selected to the Hall of Fame.
