William "Bill" Martin Redden, age 83, died October 11, 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born December 30, 1907 in Park City, Utah to Samuel and Mary McGrath Redden. Attended schools in Park City and Salt Lake. Married M. Theresa Johnson in Pueblo, Colorado on November 26, 1937.Bill is a veteran of World War II, fighting with the U.S. 5th Army in Italy where he was wounded. Formerly employed by Hustler Flour Mill, National Tea &
Coffee Co., and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 32 years.
Member of Disabled American Veterans.
Survived by a brother, Phillip
Redden, Salt Lake City; sisters, Jessie R. Chidester, Salt Lake City; and Margaret R. Smith, Denver, Colorado; step-brother, Jack Reeves, Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Schiess.
Funeral services Wednesday, October 16th, at 2 p.m., Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment in the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
