Beloved Mom, Shirley Cooley, 58, passed away October 19, 1991 in Salt Lake City.
Born February 6, 1933 in Silver City, Utah to Eldon Leon Lemmon and Luella Shepard Lemmon. Married William Cooley on February 22, 1986. He passed away April 10, 1991. Past Madam President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary #67.Survived by mother, Luella Perry, Salt Lake City; children, Sharon L. Andrakin, Seattle, Wash.; Ray Leon Mix, Evanston, Wyo.; Brenda Lee Catmull, Boulder, Utah; Rhonad Varney, Salt Lake City; sisters, Lois Goulding, and LaVern Pounds; brothers, Kenneth, Gean, Victor, Don, David and Reed; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by father and her brother Bobby;
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 23, 1991, at the MacKay Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, SLC, where friends may call Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services Wednesday.
