Philip H. Buehner, age 82, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully in his home in Salt Lake City on December 17, 1991.

Born March 9, 1909 in Salt Lake City to Carl Frederick and Anna Bertha Geigle Buehner. "Phil" was a graduate of the University of Utah, a member of the Lion's Club for over 25 years, an owner of the Buehner Block Company, was active in the Utah Home Builder's Association, and respected businessman and friend to everyone he met. He was an active and faithful member of the LDS Church. Revered church leader serving as a missionary in Germany, bishop, high- council member, and in other callings. He was married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple to Marjorie Evans on April 8, 1941.He is survived by his loving wife; daughters, Mrs. Kent (Kathleen) Mortenson, Mrs. James T. (Christine) Hill, Mrs. Leon (Eileen) Tate, and Mrs. Russell (Debra) Rushton; sons, Steven (wife Nancy), David (wife Colleen), Mark (wife Cara); 27 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; brothers, Paul and Clarence; and sister, Helen Woods. Preceded in death by first wife, Donna Banks; brothers, Adolph, Walter, Carl W., Otto, and John; and sister, Bertha Lambert.

Funeral services Friday, December 20th, 12 noon, Forest Dale Ward, 739 East Ashton Avenue (2335 South). Friends may call at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Thursday evening 6-8 p.m., and at the Ward on Friday, 11-11:45 a.m. Interment will take place at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
