Westminster College will be one of eight colleges sharing in a $17,500 grant from the Burlington Resources Foundation, which represents Burlington Resources Inc., El Paso Natural Gas Co. and Meridian Oil Inc.

The grant is funneled to the colleges through the Western Independent Colleges Fund, a fund-raising arm for eight private colleges in the Intermountain West.
