Classroom teachers planning to highlight the 200th anniversary of the Bill of Rights are invited to contact the department of elementary education at Utah State University for a free instructional kit.

The kits for elementary and middle schools include tests, instructional unit background information and activities. Bill of Rights Day is Dec. 15, 1991; however, activities are continuing all year.To receive a copy of the classroom kit, teachers may send their name and address to the department of elementary education, USU, Logan, UT 84322-2805.
