Beloved husband, father and grandfather, Grant Norman Jorgenson, 69, passed away March 16, 1991 at home after a lingering illness.

He was born January 8, 1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Osborne and Jennie Jorgenson. Married Dorothy Staley Jorgenson June 1, 1943 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.He was active in the LDS Church and served in many capacities. He enjoyed record keeping and served for several stake presidents and bishops as executive secretary. he enjoyed home gardening.

Survived by his wife, Dorothy; two sons and one daughter, Dennis Jorgenson of Kaysville; Terry Jorgenson, and Deborah Gardiner, both of Salt Lake City; sisters, Viola Elkins and Norma Jarvis of Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Preceded in death by parents, brother, Dick and sister, Alta.

Funeral services will be held 12 noon, Wednesday, March 20, 1991, at the Butler 18th Ward, 6634 Greenfield Way. Friends may call Tuesday evening, from 6-8 p.m., at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 East 7600 South, and Wednesday, from 10:45-11:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
