Warner Bros., France's Le Studio Canal, Germany's Scriba & Deyhle and Arnon Milchan's Regency International Pictures have formed a mega-partnership to produce and distribute major motion pictures.

As one of the few truly significant international alliances between European and American film communities, the partnership calls for Milchan - producer of numerous internationally acclaimed films and major box-office successes - to develop and produce no less than 20 major motion pictures, for a total production outlay of $600 million, starting this year.Milchan produced the current Warner Bros. film "Guilty by Suspicion," starring Robert De Niro, and will produce "Double Fault," with Patrick Swayze, and the Bruce Willis adventure-drama "Three Rivers."
