Police said five bombings in the early hours Wednesday destroyed nine cars in the residential district of Kolonaki in Athens, Greece. There were no injuries. Two of the cars had diplomatic license plates, but police would not say to whom they belonged. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the blasts, which occurred over a half-hour period beginning at 4:30 a.m.
