Amanda Dee Mashburn, 4-year-old daughter of Allan and Kathy Mashburn, passed away after an accident, June 21, 1991.
She was born October 10, 1986 to Wayne Allan and Kathlyn Price Mashburn in Vernal, Utah.Survived by parents; grandparents, Vernon and Ermadee Mashburn; Dan and Clara Price; two brothers and one sister, Jared, Neil, and Mamie Mashburn, all Vernal; one great-grandparent, Letha Mashburn, Santa Paula, California.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 26th, 11:00 a.m. Glines 3rd Ward Chapel. Friend may call at Jolly Funeral Home, Tuesday, from 7-9 p.m. and at the chapel, one hour prior to services. Interment, Vernal Memorial Park under the direction of William K. Jolly Funeral Home.
