Three parades are planned for the 57th Ute Stampede, beginning with the horse parade on Thursday, July 11 - the opening night of the rodeo.

Sponsored by the Nephi Nebo Posse, the parade is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at Nephi City Park and will travel along Nephi's Main Street to the Ute Stampede arena. The event will feature riding clubs and horses; prizes will be awarded.The Mammoth Parade is set for Friday, July 12, beginning at Nephi City Park at 4 p.m. and traveling south along Nephi's Main Street. Bands from all over the state will be featured along with floats from most of the surrounding communites and from local businesses.

On Saturday, July 13, the annual beauty parade will start at Nephi City Park at 4 p.m. The parade will travel along Main Street to Fifth South. A Miss Ute Stampede Bathing Beauty contest will be held at the city park following the parade.

Visitors can participate in seven other fun-filled events.

The City of Fun Carnival will be open daily at the Juab County Fairgrounds.

The Lions Club Breakfast will be 7 a.m. Friday and Saturday, July 12-13, at Nephi City Park. A craft show is also planned Friday and Saturday on Main Street in front of the Juab County Center.

A concert featuring country singer Chris LeDoux and a dance sponsored by local radio station KCDH-FM will be held at the county fairgrounds immediately following Friday's rodeo.

The Ute Stampede Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, July 13, at Canyon Hills Golf Course. Also set for Saturday at Nephi City Park is the annual Ute Stampede Car Show.
