Dr. John Luras, who specializes in internal medicine, has opened a practice at Holy Cross Medical Plaza. He graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. R. Douglas Parsons was promoted to vice president and manager at First Security Mortgage Co. He joined First Security in 1980. Stephen Smith has become a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, one of only five in Utah. He is with the firm of Gillies, Stransky, Brems, Smith Architects. D. Russell Minnick was named vice president and portfolio manager for residential and commercial properties at Prowswood Management Inc. He is a licensed real estate agent and certified apartment manager. Kelli Savage has been named media director for Parrish Marketing/Advertising Inc. She has worked in media six years. Court Klekas is Gump & Ayers Real Estate Inc.'s top producing agent for the first six months of 1991. He has been involved in about $3 million in closed transactions and $3.5 million in escrow.
