She was a dear friend and loved by everyone, always helping and advising people of all nationalities.

She enjoyed all arts of homemaking, cooking, quilting, crocheting, sewing and designing. She was a leader in her political party, serving one term in the Utah House of Representatives; also a term in the Utah State Senate, being the first lady to ever occupy that honorable position in Utah. She led the PTA as president several times, and was president of the Utah League of Women's Voters. She was an active, sincere member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; and an active historian, collecting and preparing records (genealogy). She was educated in Mt. Pleasant schools, excelling in literature, poetry and writing skills.

Memorial services will be Monday, September 16, 1991, 1 p.m., Goff Mortuary Chapel, 8090 So. State, Midvale. No viewings are scheduled. Burial, Sandy City Cemetery.
