The Utah Arts Council has awarded 44 grants totaling $47,695 for community arts development and technical assistance. These grants are made each December to first-time applicants to fund 1992 arts projects. They are limited to $3,000 or less for community arts development, $1,000 or less for technical assistance, and must be matched at least dollar for dollar.
