Our loving sister, Ruth, passed away October 17, 1992 in Salt Lake City at the age of 76.
Born December 10, 1015 in Gunnison, Utah to Niels Andrew and Emma Ashliman Madsen. Married Hugh V. Spruill August 16, 1944 in Hayward, California. Member of the LDS Church. She resided in the state of Oregon for 20 years of her life.She is survived by her brothers, Matthew D. Madsen, Salt Lake; Hazen D. and Maylen C. Madsen, Murray; sisters, Leona Del Venne, Della Downs, and Ethel Ashby, all of Murray. Preceded in death by her husband; her parents, three brothers, and two sisters,
She will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 21st, 10:00 a.m., at the Murray 21st Ward, 6100 South Main Street. Friends may call at the Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, and one hour prior at the ward. Interment, Gunnison City Cemetery.
