Julia Margaret Riebe, 83, passed away Oct. 25, 1992 in Salt Lake City, of natural causes.
"Aunt Judy" was born August 1, 1909 in Fairfield, Iowa to William Fred and Jean Summerville Riebe. Most of her formative years were spent in Newton, Iowa, where she enjoyed sports and played several musical instruments. She has lived most of her adult life in Bountiful and Salt Lake City. Having worked nearly 30 years in the office of Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA).She is survived by 15 nieces and nephews, among whom are Dorothy Miller and husband, Chuck, of Morengo Valley, Califoria; Gary Riebe and wife, Betty, of Olympia, Washington; William Lloyd and wife, Lanita, Salt Lake City; Gerald Lloyd and wife, Phyllis, Boise, Idaho. Her "adopted" family, the James Lever family will also greatly miss her. Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Henry Riebe, William Fred Riebe Jr., Albert Riebe, Arthur Riebe, two sisters, Florence Fowler and Lillian Lloyd.
Funeral services will be Thursday, October 29, 1992, 11 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Wednesday 6-8 p.m. and Thursday
9:45-10:45 a.m.
