Our beloved husband, father and grandfather Robert Ryberg, died November 19, 1992 at the age of 62, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born August 14, 1930 in San Francisco, Calif., to Edith A. Ryberg and H.A. Rich. Bob married Janet K. Pedersen June 17, 1959 in Salt Lake City. Upon graduating from East High School, he attended the University of Utah where he received his BS, LLB and JD degrees. Throughout Bob's 28 years of law practice he was respected as a dedicated lawyer. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War and was awarded the Purple Heart. Member of the LDS Church. Bob greatly enjoyed his affiliation with the Boy Scouts of America. He cherished summers at his cabin in Flaming Gorge with his family. His greatest joy came from his grandchildren.Survived by his devoted wife, Janet; sons: Robert S. (Kristin) Salt Lake City; William E. (Suzanne), Salt Lake City; M. Scott (Ardis) Colorado Springs, Colo.; daughter: Karen A. Ryberg, Salt Lake City; six grandchildren.
Funeral services Monday, November 23, 10 a.m., Monument Park 14th Ward, 2255 Wasatch Drive. Friends and family may call Sunday evening 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 So., and at the ward, 9-9:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
