Directions: From town of Delta follow Highway 6 about eight miles north Reservoir is east of highway. Good access.Description: This is certainly not one of your high-mountain trout streams. In fact, it has everything in it but trout. This is a lower elevation reservoir with lost os open ground and patches of sagebrush. No problems with getting around this lake. Considered a good mid-size reservoir.

What works: Use jigs and baits for white bass. Good colors are chartreuse, yellow and white. Use carp meat, liver or minnows for channel cat. Rapalas, plastic baits, "Gitzits," and surface poppers will work for all bass. Use jigs and dead minnows for walleye.

Fish: White bass, Largemouth bass, Small Bass, Walleye, channel catfish, northern pike

Details: November, December and January are best times to fish for white bass. Fish spring to fall for catfish, walleye and bass. Very few pike, but occasionally one is caught while going after other fish. In spring fish inlets for walleye. Bass, both largemouth and smallmouth, and walley spawn in the spring. Typically, that's some of the best fishing. Look for bass around underwater structure - largemouth like trees and brush, smallmouth like broken rock.

Notes: Not much to look at, but a good place to fish. Large enough for a boat, but sometimes winds can be a problem. Not established campgrounds, but there are primitive camping areas available. Close proximity of Delta makes it a nice place to set up headquarters. Sevier River flows into and out of the reservoir, so always an opportunity to fish moving water.
