George Williams, 66, formerly of Sandy, died December 1, 1992.
Born May 4, 1926 in Mitchel, Louisiana to Jefferson and Martha Wade Williams. Married Donna Pauline Pieros December 11, 1948 in Salt Lake City.Survived by wife, Pauline, Gunnison; sons, Steven Craig, Sacramento, Calif.; Mark B. West Jordan; and Scott, Kearns; daughter, Mrs. Richard L. (Debra) Bean, Salt Lake City; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Tina Palmer, Shreveport, Louisiana; Shirley Alexander, Batton Rouge, Louisiana; Liller House, Jacksonville, Flor.; and Irene Sylvester, West Monroe, Louisiana; brothers, Clifford Williams, Shawnee, Okla.; and Aubrey Williams, Luling, Miss. Preceded in death by son, Gary Williams, and brother, James Williams.
Funeral services 12 noon, Saturday, Goff Mortuary Chapel, 8090 South State Midvale. Friends may call Friday evening, at the Gunnison LDS Stake Center, and one hour prior to services at Goff Mortuary. Burial, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
