U2, Robert Palmer, Def Leppard and Annie Lennox are the latest to sign on to perform at an AIDS benefit honoring the late Freddie Mercury.

"A Concert for Life," to be held April 20 in London's Wembley Stadium, had already signed David Bowie, Elton John, George Michael, Metallica and Guns N' Roses.Members of Queen, the band Mercury led, also will perform. Mercury died of AIDS in November at 45.

The concert will be televised around the world.
