Mada Ellett Giles Alvey, age 69, died March 17, 1992 in Provo, Utah.
She was born December 16, 1922 in Bicknell, Utah, daughter of John and Addie Bell Ellett Giles. Married Wallace E. Alvey October 23, 1939 in Bicknell; marriage solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple March 25, 1979.Survived by husband, Lyman; children, Stanley and Dena Alvey, Hanksville; Anneta Alvey, Torrey, Floyd and Lupe Alvey, Moab; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. LaMar (Clara) Worthen, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Mrs. Ray (Melva) Lindsay, Provo.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, March 21, in the Lyman LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call for viewing, Saturday 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial, Bicknell Cemetery under the direction of Springer-Turner Funeral Home.
