Police have arrested a man in an investigation of photography of nude children.
Donald Alvin Cowles, 41, Cedar City, was arrested for investigation of sexual exploitation of a minor. He was released on bail.Police said they seized eight grocery bags of still photographs, videotapes and what they termed traditional commercial pornography.
The department said in a news release Wednesday that it appeared the photographs had been taken through a two-way mirror in a shower and that the subjects were unwitting.

The investigation began several weeks ago when police received what they said was nebulous information that a man was photographing nude children.
