Buchanan Sparks Fulmore, age 76, died in the VA Hospital April 24, 1992.

He was born November 24, 1915 in Chickasaha, Oklahoma, a son of Zachary Taylor and Gladys Lucy Sparks Fulmore. He married Mary Kathryn Bosley February 9, 1947 in Hollywood, California; she died April 3, 1988. He was a broadcaster and DJ and Engineer at KJAM Station at the old Hotel Vernal, also DJ in Provo and Apple Valley, California. He worked for Hughs Aircraft as an electrical engineer, and also as a real estate salesman. He was a member of the Vernal Elks Lodge, member of the DAV, and American Legion.Member of the LDS Church. He enjoyed playing the organ, and doing genealogy work.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, World War II., spending two years in Germany as a prisoner of war.

He is survived by a brother, Zachary Taylor Fulmore, Jr., Trinidad, California.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., at the Thomson's Vernal Mortuary. Friends may call one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, California.
