Twelve Orem residents filed a $1.03 million suit against Rick Warner Enterprises on Monday for failure to follow through on an option to buy their properties. Rick Warner Enterprises agreed to buy the residents' seven properties on the city's south central side, but Orem city officials refused to allow the development of an auto mall. The residents' legal counsel said he filed the suit after several attempts to resolve the issue failed.
