Vicki Lou McCann Walk, age 40, returned to her Heavenly Father after a short but courageous battle with cancer, on April 4, 1992.
Born October 3, 1951, in Oakdale, California, a daughter of Victor Zane and Betty Lou Ozment McCann.Devoted a great deal of time to her two sons, as well as many others, in coaching Little League Baseball; she made them into first-place teams. Dedicated employee of All Seasons Maintenance. She had a great love for her two dogs, Libra and Akio.
Survived by two sons, Jeromy Franklin and Jeff Victor, both of West Valley City; two step-sons, D. Jason and Joe M. Walk, both of West Jordan; mother and stepfather, Betty and Donald Adams, Kearns; grandparents, Bob and Uvelda Mackie, California; two brothers, Jerry Lee and Bruce Franklin (Sheila), both of Delta; two step-sisters, Donna Jean Adams, Harbor City, California; Gail Lea Adams, Los Gatos, California; nephew and nieces; K.C., Michelle, Faith, Alisha, Courtney, Megan.
Funeral services will be Thursday 10 a.m. at Granger 10th Ward, 3274 Hillsdale Drive (2800 West). Friends may call Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Rd., and Thursday, at the Church, one hour prior to services.
Interment: Beaver City Cemetery.
