Tayne Howard Meik, age 23, died tragically April 6, 1992 at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Born to Howard and Darlene Santistevan Meik August 27, 1968 in Salt Lake City.Survived by his parents; sister, Tamryn; brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Angie, all of West Valley City; grandparents, Eli and Dora Santistevan, Magna; great-grandmother, Anita Santistevan, Magna; nephews, Anthony and Mathew Meik; niece, Brianna Meik. Preceded in death by grandparents, Harold and Emily Meik; great-grandfather, Raymundo Santistevan and his loving cousin, Nikki.
Tayne was a very special brother to Tamryn and Brian and a very fine son. We will miss him dearly.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2840 South 9000 West. Friends may call Thursday, 6-7 p.m. at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, where recitation fo the Holy Rosary will follow at 7 p.m.
Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
