Washington Redskins owner Jack Kent Cooke plans to build a new stadium in time for the 1994 season, according to a published report.

Today's editions of The Washington Post quoted unidentified sources saying Cooke would announce plans in June for the 78,600-seat stadium, slated to cost $175 million.In other news, Redskins linebacker Matt Millen announced his retirement to become an analyst for CBS. Millen, 34, played on Super Bowl winners with the Los Angeles Raiders and San Francisco 49ers before joining the Redskins as a free agent last season.
