About 12,000 fans will get refunds for a concert in Bonner Springs, Kan., at which Hank Williams Jr. appeared drunk, swore at the audience and performed for only 15 minutes, a theater manager says.

Fans threw beer cups and booed Williams on Saturday after the country singer retreated from the stage at the Sandstone Ampitheater.Theater manager Roger Klevesahl said Williams had not been paid for the concert. Tickets went for nearly $30.

Calls to Williams' manager and his publicist were not immediately returned.
