SPRING GLEN-Joseph "Joe" Fazzio, age 82, died June 3, 1992 at his home.

Born November 12, 1909 in Sunnyside, Utah, son of Rosario and Filomena Bonacci Fazzio. Married Martha Beatrice Cook June 5, 1930 in Price, Utah. Member of the Catholic Church, resident of Spring Glen since 1915. Former co-owner Blue Hill Dairy. Active in UMWA District #22, and retired Coal Miners. Member of Senior Citizens and AARP.Water Master for Spring Glen Canal for many years. He worked in various coal mines prior to his retirement from Castle Gate Mine.

Survived by his wife, Beatrice, Spring Glen; three daughters and spouses, Betty Jo and Matt Kloepfer, Shirley Anne and Albert Spensko, Rebecca and Brady Donaldson, all Helper; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; also survived by four sisters, Minnie and Vito Bonacci, Tersea Ori, Vera Marston, Martha Lacey, all Spring Glen. Preceded in death by parents, two brothers, Sam and Ronald A. Fazzio; two sisters, Josephine Perri, and Mary Driscoll.

Funeral Mass Saturday, 10:00 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church. Vigil service Friday evening 7:30 p.m. at Mitchell Chapel, where friend may call daily 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Committal service, Mountain View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Anthony Catholic Church, Helper, Ut. 84526
