The former Kelley Steel building at 5955 W. Wells Park Road, West Jordan, has been listed with CB Commercial's Salt Lake office, according to Jim Sheldon, a senior sales associate with the office's Industrial Division.
The 115,000 square-foot building has possibilities for warehousing and manufacturing and sits on 25 acres. The property is completely asphalt-surfaced and served by a Southern Pacific Railroad line.It was leased to Kelley Steel in October 1991. Prior to that, the building was occupied by Starfire Boat Manufacturing Co., which acquired it from Boise Cascade Modular Home. CB Commercial originally sold the property to Starfire in 1988.
Sheldon said the property will marketed nationally.
