A Boise attorney has been bound over to 4th District Court after being accused of trying to stab a teenager in a traffic dispute.

Loren Ipsen, 42, Tuesday waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Ada County Magistrate Court. An arraignment date has not been set.Ipsen was arrested at his home and charged with aggravated assault on June 16. Witnesses took down his license plate number after they saw a man threaten the teen and try to stab him.
