Laura Pearl Brinton Sears, our loving mother and grammie, age 90, passed away July 7, 1992.

Born October 18, 1901 in American Fork to Robert N. and Pearl Jackson Brinton. Graduated from East High School. Former employee of the Hotel Utah and J.C. Pennys. She married Arthur I. Sears June 2, 1955; he died March 11, 1979. She was a member of the LDS Church, the DUP Sugarhouse Camp. Laura was a loving and devoted wife, sister, mother and grammie. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her and looked to her for guidance.Survivors: son, Jack B. (Peggy) Brinton; daughter, Mrs. Betty (Donald) Dunn, all of Murray; daughter-in-law, Mrs. Helen (Phil) Brinton, Sandy; brother, E. E. (Irene) Brinton; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a very special nephew, E. D. (Dollores) Shelledy.

Graveside services will be held Friday, 10 a.m. at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1342 East 500 South. Funeral directors, Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary.
