Scopes-Garcia-Carlisle, 375 W. 200 South, will develop an advertising campaign for the University of Phoenix in an effort to increase enrollment at the school.

The University of Phoenix offers graduate and undergraduate degrees in business, nursing and education. The ad campaign also will try to improve the school's image and increase awareness of its accreditation, SGC officials said.
