The annual general women's meeting of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, in the Salt Lake Tabernacle.
Speakers at the meeting, which will be broadcast live over the church satellite network and then repeated at 8 p.m. on satellite and KBYU-TV (Channel 11), will include a member of the First Presidency and members of the Primary, Young Women and Relief Society general presidencies.All women and young women 12 years of age and older are invited to attend.
The satellite broadcast will be to more than 3,000 locations in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Haiti and the West Indies.
Simultaneous language translations will be available on the satellite network in Spanish, French, Tongan, Samoan, Laotian, Cambodian, Hmong, Vietnamese, Korean and Navajo.
