Our beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, Beulah Faye Christensen, 75, of Spanish Fork, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 1993 at the Mountain View Hospital in Payson following a valiant struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

She was born January 15, 1918 in Gunnison, a daughter of Ray H. and Myrtle Christensen. She married Jack H. Christensen on March 29, 1941 in Salem; their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple in 1964.She attended the Gunnison schools and graduated from Gunnison Valley High School. She also attended Beauty School in Provo prior to her marriage. She has lived most of her life in Spanish Fork, where she was actively involved with her husband's business. She was a member of the Timpanogas Knife and Fork Club, and has served as president of both the Beta Thalian Club and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of the LDS Church and served in many positions in the Primary, Mutual, and Relief Society.

Survivors include her husband of Spanish Fork; as well as the following children and their spouses: Lee and Linda Evans, Antioch, Calif.; Shirl and Pam Christensen, Payson; Tom and Kaye Christensen, Elk Ridge; Rod and Jill Christensen and Jeff and Kaye Vrummett, all Salem; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister, Bryce Christensen and Boyd Christensen, both of Gunnison; and Mrs. Dixie Hone, Spanish Fork. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Anderson, and Mrs. Theone Dennison.

Funeral services will be held Monday, at 11:00 a.m., in the Spanish Fork 12th Ward Chapel, 300 East Center, Spanish Fork. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary in Spanish Fork, 187 South Main, Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday, at the ward chapel, one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.

The family wishes to pay special thanks to the many medical professionals who have assisted her over the many years.
