The condition of a Provo man was upgraded to satisfactory while his wife remained critical Saturday night after a two-car accident on I-15 Friday.

Bret Burton, 34, was upgraded from serious condition at LDS Hospital and Rosalinda Burton, 35, remained in critical condition at University Hospital.The accident happened about 5:25 p.m. when their northbound minivan rolled and collided with a small pickup near the 9000 South exit on I-15. Five children were also riding in the minivan. Two were treated at Alta View Hospital and released, and the three other children remained at the hospital in fair condition Saturday.

The driver of the truck, Morrell Teeples, 43, Layon, was not injured in the accident.
