Our beloved, kind, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Robert W. Provost, age 69, died Thursday, October 21, 1993 following a courageous battle of Asbestosis of the lungs.

Born August 20, 1924 in Midway, Utah to Wallace B. and Ruby M. Provost. He married Faye Wall on October 24, 1942; later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.He was an active member of the LDS Church, holding many position including: Sunday School superintendent, Scouting Committee, stake missionary, and a member of the bishopric of the Heber First Ward. He was a Heber City Councilman and a World War II Veteran. He retired from Geneva Steel and was a licensed electrical contractor. He enjoyed working, serving and giving. His hobby was work. He liked to travel and enjoyed the outdoors.

Survived by his wife, Faye; three children: William R. and B.J. Provost, Bonnie Marchant, Bill and Dianne Anderson; and ten grandchildren whom he loved dearly; brothers, Fay C. and Ralph D. Provost, and a sister, Lois Pope.

Funeral servies will be Saturday, October 23, 1993 at 1 p.m. in the Heber 1st Ward Chapel (325 East 500 No.) Friends may call Friday, 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Mortuary (288 No. Main) in Heber City, Utah and Saturday one hour prior at the church. Interment and dedication of grave will be in the Heber City Cemetery.
