Richard "Rick" L. Worthington, 41, died November 11, 1993.
Born December 13, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Allen Dale and Luella J. Smith Worthington. Married Karen Staker June 15, 1973 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Later divorced.Survived by his children, Jared (serving and LDS mission in Belgium); Matthew, Salt Lake City; Aaron, Melissa, Andy, Spencer, Izzy and Nathan, all of St. George; his mother, three brothers and two sisters, all of the Salt Lake City area. Preceded in death by infant son, Jacob; daughter, Rachael; and his father.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 12 noon at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 South 2200 West, Riverton, where friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to services. Interment, Sunset Gardens.
The family suggests contributions to his mother to help with funeral expenses.
