Samuel Scott Dorrity, 78, of Marysvale and LaVerkin, died November 16, 1993 at his home in LaVerkin, Utah.
He was born October 16, 1915 in Fillmore, Utah, to Dennis Samuel and Katherine Erickson Dorrity. He married Annabel Dobbins; she died. He married Marga Hansen.He is survived by his wife, Marga; six stepchildren, Carolyn Jones, Michael W. Hansen, Brenda Miller, Debra Kelly, Roy Tesch, Virjean Bocek; 21 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; brother and sister, Bernice D. Jacobson, Dennis Ward Dorrity.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 20, 1993 at 11 a.m. in the Marysvale LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the church in Marysvale Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Thompsonville Cemetery with Military Rites by the V.F.W. Piute Post #7561.
