Haley Andrea Merritt, born February 28, 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of Lane K. and Kimberly J. Matts Merritt, passed away peacefully on November 23, 1993 in the arms of her mom and dad.
Haley was a bright spirit that touched the hearts of all who knew her. She will be missed deeply! She is survived by her parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.Funeral services Friday, November 26th, at 11 a.m., Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, with interment at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
The family wishes to thank Primary Children's and University hospitals for all of their help and support. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the parents in Haley's behalf.
