Tommy Keith Rose, 51, returned to live with his Heavenly Father, Sunday, November 7, 1993, after a courageous battle against cancer.
He was born May 8, 1942 in Tremonton, a son of Keith F. and shirley Beth Crozier Rose. He married GayNell Archibald, August 11, 1961 in Plymouth; the marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple, January 30, 1976.He and his wife lived in Garland, where they raised their family of four children. He was employed at Thiokol and held the position of the Quality Assurance Mix and Cast Work Center Manager.
He was a High Priest in the Garland 2nd Ward where he served as quorum instructor. He had also served as the ward Sunday School president and was currently serving as a stake missionary with his wife.
Surviving are his wife, GayNell; one daughter and three sons and their spouses, Kristy Jo Rose, Michael Tommy and Kelli Rose, Russell Ivan and Kate Rose, Blake Keith Rose; four grandchildren, Jared Michael Rose, Tyler Blake Rose, Chandler Russell Rose, and Jordan Tommy Rose. Also surviving are his father and stepmother, Keith F. and Donna Rose; two brothers, Kenneth Bert and William Lloyd Rose. He was preceded in death by his mother and three infant sisters.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday Nov. 10th, 11 a.m. at the Garland Tabernacle, 140 W. Factory, with Bishop James K. Riley, officiating. Friends may call Tuesday, 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton.
Interment: Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
