Our beloved son and brother, Gregory A. Johnson, passed away Sunday, February 14, 1993 in an automobile accident at the age of 30, in Moab, Utah.
Greg was born in Murray, Utah on April 11, 1962 to Harold Albert and Donna Ra Burkey Johnson. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was an eagle scout. He graduated from Olympus High School in 1980. He played football and was very active in all sports. He enjoyed all activities with his family and friends.Greg graduated from Salt Lake Community College with degrees in Electrical and Instrumentation and went on to a career as a journeyman electrician. He was well liked and respected in his field. Greg traveled to many states with his work. He was an avid fisherman and golfer. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his father and mother, two brothers and two sisters; Kenneth Wayne, Christopher Michael, currently serving a mission in Killeen, Texas; Becky Lynn and husband Brian Keating and Kimberly Kay, all of Salt Lake City; two grandmothers, Dorothy R. Burkey, Salt Lake City and Mabel Johnson, Lemmon, South Dakota. Preceded in death by his grandfathers, Lloyd Burkey and Charley Johnson.

Funeral services will be Thursday, 12 Noon, February 18, 1993 in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 So. Highland Drive, where friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday one hour prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
