A 6-year-old girl in Highland Park, Ill., wanted to put two of her teeth under a pillow for the tooth fairy. But the dentist who removed them said he couldn't let her keep her teeth because OSHA regulations required him to put them in a closed container and dispose of them immediately. Now even the tooth fairy has been put out of work by overbearing federal regulations.
