Dr. Howard P. Greaves M.D., 74, of Tempe, Arizona died April 16, 1993 in Phoenix, Arizona.
He was born in Grace, Idaho. He practiced medicine in Rock Springs, Wyoming 1953-1984. President of Wyoming State Medical Society 1965-1966. Served with the US Naval Reserve Medical Corps. Served in Korea 1950-1951, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. Inducted in to the Idaho State University Athletic Hall of Fame in 1981 in Pocatello, Idaho.Survived by his wife, Dorothy, of Tempe; son Howard P. Greaves Jr., Glendale, Arizona; daughters: Janet Marchelti, Rock Springs, Wyoming; Barbara Greaves Pivic, Laramie, Wyoming; Margaret Jones, Jeanne West, and Elizabeth Cross, all of Rock Springs; sisters: Phyllis Jensen, Bountiful, Utah; Clarice Roberts, Annabella, Utah; Delpha Allen, Ogden, Utah; brother, William (Bill) Greaves, Ogden, Utah; 17 grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday, April 20, 10 a.m. at the Tempe Mortuary, Tempe, Arizona.
